Open Positions:
The Account Executive is responsible for the relationship between the agency and their clients. The Account Executive will look after client?s needs through direct contact, liaison, and the management of staff and agency resources. The Account Executive will be the key, day-to-day agency representative to the client and will maintain a highly responsive service orientation in all transactions. They must be knowledgeable in both the client?s business and the agency business. The Account Executive reviews all strategic and media decisions formulated by the various operating departments before they are delivered to the client.
Additional responsibilities:
- Conducting and running of monthly strategic meetings for all accounts. Included in the meeting will be Creative, Web, Media and Service.
- Meeting with management and assigned staff on a weekly basis to review activities, specific account problems and opportunities.
- Assisting with the management of project budgets, making sure no project goes over estimated time.
- Reviewing campaign concepts.
Gragg Advertising is seeking a highly motivated and energetic team player to help us expand and optimize our established Internet Affiliate programs. This position is sales and recruitment driven. In this position you will be working towards expanding and growing our affiliate base.
Duties include:
- Identify and recruit new affiliates and affiliate marketing partnerships
- Work closely with management to close new affiliate deals
- Negotiate improved presence on affiliate sites and with other marketing vehicles
- Manage the day-to-day relationship, communication, and customer support for affiliates
- Communicate new offers and promotions and ensure affiliate support for them
- Maintain the continued growth of the affiliate by monitoring their needs and interests
- Push for appropriate placement and promotions on affiliates site(s)
- Ensure affiliates are in compliance with contractual requirements
- Develop strategies for monitoring existing affiliate compliance with program terms and conditions and identify any fraud and spyware activity
- Work with the IT department and manager to resolve any affiliate back-end or tool issues and coordinate and execute affiliate projects
This position will have set sales benchmarks.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree required
- 2+ years of online sales and marketing experience preferred
- 2+ years experience running an affiliate program and recruiting affiliates preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong problem identification and resolution skills
- Detailed-oriented and ability to manage priorities
- Self-motivated with the ability to take direction and work independently with little supervision
- Ability to work effectively in a team and across departments to sell ideas and manage resources
Gragg Advertising is looking for an individual with a proven sales track record to strategically prospect local and national clients. A minimum of 5 years exp in a sales environment within national direct response industry is required. Must have strong project management, communication, writing and presentation skills. High energy is a must. Self motivated and willing to work the phones is essential for the success of this position.
The Interactive Analyst is responsible for the assisting the interactive team with day-to-day production and project management of Interactive development for prospects and clients of the company. The Interactive Analyst works with every department to facilitate the Internet strategies of the company and the client.
The Interactive Analyst reports to the Interactive Manager and is responsible for:
- Acting as a Gragg Interactive representative with the client when called upon to do so
- Administer, structure and facilitate in the implementation of all Pay Per Lead activities
- Research and make recommendations for placement and strategy
- Research and suggest ideas for process or system improvements to increase overall productivity
- Research and make recommendation for additional avenues of Pay Per Lead and Paid Placement including alternate markets (i.e., Attorneys, Retirement, and others)
- Analyze existing Pay Per Lead vendors for based on key performance metrics including validity rates, conversion rates, and cost
- Recommend changes to placements based on client goals, needs, and results
- Monitor, optimize, and report on performance of campaigns on a weekly basis
- Explore and evaluate new opportunities for clients on a monthly basis
- Conduct media research to find new vendors with the goal of adding a new vendor each month
- Understand the needs of current and potential clients and assist in new client launches to ensure budgets are planned
- Leads analysis of interactive programs, develops insights from program analysis, explicitly integrates knowledge gained into future programs, and helps distribute knowledge through the organization
- Manage interactive marketing budgets for optimization (effectiveness and efficiency) and reports on performance vs. goals monthly
- Analyze trending per client, per campus, and overall
- Analyze scrub rates and inefficiencies system-wide
- Manage client budgets with respect to Lead Budget Projections and overall client goals
- Create quarterly plans for each client/campus
- Set caps/budgets per vendor
- Monitor spend on a daily basis
- Act as a positive, productive member of the team and company
- Speak positively about other team members, fellow employees, and company efforts in front of clients and peers
- Help the Interactive Manager establish strategic partnerships with outside resources where Gragg is inefficient or lacking
- All other duties as assigned
Search Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a Search Engine Marketing Specialist to be responsible for the creation, optimization and execution of client and agency search initiatives. The Search Marketing Specialist will also assist the Interactive Director in developing innovative search strategies to meet and exceed our clients' business objectives. This position requires a "hands-on" approach with astute attention to process and detail, who also possesses the ability to apply this detailed knowledge to actionable insights and recommendations.
Specific Responsibilities
The Work: – The Search Marketing Specialist will be accountable for the day-to-day progress of SEO and paid search projects and responsibilities, and ensuring timely completion of projects. Additionally, this individual will ensure that projects are produced completely and correctly before being sent to the client and/or departments within the agency.
Ongoing projects will include:
- Performance reporting with insights and optimization recommendations
- Managing search campaign performance against client goals
- Budget and performance projections for testing new search partners or technology
- Recommendations for using search to support new client objectives or campaigns
- Monthly client billing audits
- He or she will be responsible for delegating projects across the team as needed
- He or she will work with Associate Search Director to develop processes for improved work flow within SMG Search, and between agency partners and vendors
- This individual will maintain stellar relationships with the vendor partners to further advance SMG Search as a preferred client partner
The People:
- This individual will be responsible for working within a team of dedicated Search Analysts focusing on organic and paid search initiatives
- He or she will stimulate team productivity and growth by:
- Providing formal training to new team employees
- Providing education on overall Search industry landscape and best practices
- He or she will take an active role in developing and presenting Search best practices to internal agency partners
- This individual will report to an Interactive Director, and will be responsible for keeping them abreast of team work, employee and client developments
The Client:
The Search Marketing Specialist will have daily contact with the client, including but not limited to:
- Selling in recommendations for new campaigns and strategies
- Optimization recommendations for existing campaigns based on reporting and analysis
- Working with the Interactive Director to master, identify, and communicate trends in search and in client industries
EXPERIENCE
Required Skills, Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4-5 years of Search experience
- Experience in both organic and paid search
- Experience in applying search marketing to brand-building & direct response initiatives
- Strong command of search engine research and reporting resources
- Deep experience with at least one of the major bid management tools
- Familiarity with third-party ad serving companies
- Technical – Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Presentations skills are a must
- Ability to work successfully with teams on multiple projects under tight deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Desire to work in an industry which is constantly evolving and presenting new and unique challenges
