Meet the management team

Greg

Greg Gragg, CEO

A 20-year veteran of the advertising, interactive and marketing industries, Greg worked for both large and small agencies prior to his founding of Gragg Advertising in 1992. Greg started Gragg Advertising based on his belief that by combining traditional branding strategies with proven direct marketing tactics you can provide clients with advertising that is both memorable and measurable.

 

Greg has developed successful strategic marketing campaigns on a local as well as a national level, and has had an opportunity to work with clients such as Cingular Wireless, Time Warner/ HBO & Cinemax, FedEx Ground, Career Education Corporation, Navistar, Topsy's Popcorn, American Education Corporation, New York Life, EDMC and Keiser University.

 

Greg Gragg is a long time industry expert and has presented at several conferences on both the state and national level (CCA, ACCET, ABHES, CCST and FAPSC).
Darryl

Darryl Mattox, Agency Director

Prior to joining the Gragg Advertising team, Darryl was the Director of Regional Offices in Kansas City and Phoenix for large national advertising agencies. His experience includes developing integrated marketing and branding campaigns for a variety of clients including: Art Institute, South University, Argosy University, Brown Mackie College, Keiser University, Citicorp Credit Services, Coyne American Institute, John Deere, Grand Canyon National Park and Lodges, St. Luke's Health System (Phoenix), & Academy of Health Care Professions.

 

Darryl's role as Agency Director includes overall brand management, strategic planning and implementation, as well as lead analysis. His experience in nearly every marketing category gives Darryl the solid foundation necessary to serve as the chief liaison between Gragg Advertising's Media, Creative, Service and Interactive Departments.

 

Darryl has also presented at several conferences on both the state and national level.
Stephanie

Stephanie Oehlert, Media Director

Stephanie joined Gragg Advertising as a Media Manager in 2002 and was then promoted to Media Director in 2003. Her responsibility is to oversee the Media teams and their development and implementation of strategic media plans for all Gragg clients. She is also responsible for conducting market research, coordinating direct mail campaigns and managing weekly client analysis. Her job of compiling and interpreting media data statistics and analysis for clients is critical to Gragg Advertising because the information is used to develop cost-effective media plans that generate results. She currently serves as a board member for SafeNowProject®, a not-for-profit organization that raises awareness for children's safety and protection against all forms of child abuse.

 

Stephanie's 18 years in the media business has provided her with a distinguished list of clients, including: Pilot Pens, Community Healthcare Plans, Wesley Hospital, Kansas Health Foundation, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Cessna Aircraft, Bank IV, Missouri Lottery, Parade of Shoes, Business Computers Training Institute, EDMC, Coyne American Institute, Keiser University, Topsy's Popcorn and Rubins, Kase, Hager, Cambiano, & Bryant,

 

Stephanie's research ability, media planning and strong negotiation skills provide Gragg Advertising clients with a powerful media component to their overall integrated direct marketing communications program.
Mickey

Mickey Hager, Creative Director

Mickey comes to Gragg Advertising from Wilmington, NC where he owned and operated Bright Spark Creative, Incorporated, a full service agency. Mickey has extensive experience in design and advertising creative, as well as photography and web development. Mickey is not new to Kansas City. He has previously worked with direct marketing and creative firms in the KC area before moving to Iowa and then to North Carolina to establish his own businesses. He is a former member of Kansas City Direct Marketing Association and the Kansas City Art Director's Club. Mickey attended The Kansas City Art Institute.
Mike

Mike Schuler, Interactive Director

Mike has worked in the Information Technology and Telecommunications industries for 20 years. He has extensive database and programming knowledge developed through building and maintaining software for internal programs and customer use.

 

Nearly all of Mike's career has been spent leading and managing software engineering teams. He values and mandates fault-tolerant "non-stop" systems, ensuring maximum availability. He has solid experience in technology systems from PC networks, through mid-range systems to legacy mainframes. Current client/server platforms are his specialty. Mike possesses a B.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Kansas.
Stacy

Stacy Scott, Account Services Director

Stacy joined Gragg Advertising as a Junior Account Executive in 2004. Since then, she has developed strategic marketing plans for the agency's major clients. She assists these clients in developing and managing their overall brand and marketing strategies. Stacy currently manages and maintains the Gragg Advertising's Account Service staff. She oversees all account relations which includes working on a daily basis with Keiser University, EDMC, OBC, Career College of Northern Nevada, Coyne American Institute and many other across the country.

 

Stacy first graduated in 2001 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. She then graduated from UMKC in 2002 with a Master's in Business Administration with a dual emphasis in Marketing and Entrepreneurship.
Lisa

Lisa Olmedo, Business Development Director

Lisa joined Gragg Advertising as a Business Development Coordinator in 2005 she quickly became a Business Development Account Executive in early 2006. Since then, she has developed relationships with over 30 new clients both full service and interactive including PIMA Medical Institute, Career Colleges of Northern Nevada, Ohio Business College, Arlington Career Institute and Capps Medical Institute.

 

Currently, Lisa manages and maintains the Gragg Advertising's Business Development Department staff. She oversees all new business developments and establishes relationships with clients across the country. Lisa implemented, manages, maintains and helps present monthly national Webinars. These educational Webinars help training hundreds of career school personnel each month.

 

Lisa has presented at several conferences on both the state and national level including CAPPS, NCMPR and MAPCCS.
