Greg

Greg Gragg, CEO and Chairman

A 20-year veteran of the advertising, interactive and marketing industries, Greg Gragg worked for both large and small agencies prior to his founding of Gragg Advertising in 1992. He has developed successful strategic marketing campaigns on local and national levels, and has had the opportunity to work with clients such as Cingular Wireless, Time Warner/HBO & Cinemax, EDMC, Rasmussen College and Keiser University.

 

He is a long-time industry expert and has presented at several conferences on both the state and national level including CCA, ACCET, ABHES, CCST and FAPSC.

 

Greg's unique and insightful forward thinking has produced innovated services, including SchoolBlender.com, Internet Content Management and ALPINE, which continue to enhance quality lead generation for career schools across the country..
Darryl

Darryl Mattox, President

Prior to joining the Gragg Advertising team, Darryl was the Director of Regional Offices in Kansas City and Phoenix for several national advertising agencies. His experience included developing integrated marketing and branding campaigns for a variety of clients including South University, Argosy University, Brown Mackie College, Keiser University and Coyne American Institute. Darryl's role as President includes overall brand management, strategic planning and implementation, as well as lead analysis. His experience in nearly every marketing category gives Darryl the solid foundation necessary to serve as the chief liaison between Gragg Advertising's media, creative, account service and interactive departments.
Lisa

Lisa Olmedo, New Business Development Director

Lisa joined Gragg Advertising in 2005, and manages the Business Development staff. She oversees all new marketing efforts and establishes relationships with clients across the country. Since joining the team, she has developed relationships with over 45 new clients including PIMA Medical Institute, Rasmussen College, Delta CEC, Arlington Career Institute and Remington College.

 

Lisa brings a wealth of career college expertise from her former positions as an Admissions Director and Recruiter for nationally accredited schools, which she openly shares in Gragg's monthly educational webinars to help train hundreds of career school personnel. She has presented at several state and national conferences including CAPPS, PAPSA, NCMPR and MAPCCS.
Stacy

Stacy Scott, Account Services Director

Stacy joined Gragg Advertising as a Junior Account Executive in 2004. She has proven herself as key leadership in the Account Service Department and serves as an Account Service Manager. The direct-response environment aligns with Stacy's professional leadership and open communication, which she has passed on to her team. It has built a solid atmosphere for our company and clients, which is demonstrated by her commitment to retention and success.

 

In her five years with Gragg, she has established long-standing relationships with clients. One of her strengths is anticipating deviations in the industry and tailoring services that will best serve each individual client's needs by creating the most profitable result. Her passion for analytics serves her clients with attentive detail that is driven by client satisfaction. She assists in developing and managing our client's overall brand and marketing strategies and goals. Stacy's extensive knowledge about the career college industry and the culture proves to her clients her dedication. Major clients of hers include Keiser University, Rasmussen College, Bryant & Stratton College, Vista College, Coyne American Institute and many others across the country.
Stephanie

Stephanie Oehlert, Media Director

Stephanie joined Gragg Advertising as a Media Manager in 2002 and was promoted to Media Director a year later. Her main responsibility is to oversee the Media teams, their development and implementation of strategic media plans for all Gragg clients. She is also responsible for conducting market research, coordinating direct mail campaigns and managing weekly client analysis. Her job of compiling and interpreting media data statistics and analysis for clients is critical to Gragg Advertising because the information is used to develop cost-effective media plans that generate results.

 

Stephanie's research ability, media planning and strong negotiation skills provide Gragg Advertising clients with a powerful media component to their overall integrated direct marketing communications program.
Erica

Erica Wright, Operations Director

Erica Wright previously worked as Chief Administrative Officer at Wollmuth, Maher and Deutsch, a New York City law firm before joining the Gragg Management team in 2007. Erica manages and maintains the Gragg Advertising Operations Department. Her responsibilities include overseeing all accounting and operational duties, as well as human resource development. Erica is responsible for building a strong, highly effective agency culture that produces extraordinary employee morale and customer satisfaction.

 

Additional responsibilities include staffing, retention, employee relation, performance management, compensation and benefits, policy and procedure administration, mergers and acquisitions, and also safety and security matters.
Mike

Mike Schuler, IT Director

Mike has worked in the Information Technology and Telecommunications industries for 20 years. He has extensive database and programming knowledge developed through building and maintaining software for internal programs and customer use.

 

Nearly all of Mike's career has been spent leading and managing software engineering teams. He values and mandates fault-tolerant "non-stop" systems, ensuring maximum availability. He has solid experience in technology systems from PC networks, through mid-range systems to legacy mainframes. Current client/server platforms are his specialty. For Gragg, Mike has developed GraggNet, a lead aggregation system for our clients; IRIS, the agency's lead management system and ALPINEā„¢, the external portal which clients are able to view their lead information through.
Katie Leas

Katie Leas, IMV Manager

Katie joined Gragg Advertising in 2005 and has quickly become one of the nation's foremost experts of Internet Pay-Per-Lead techniques and strategies for career colleges having built an intricate network of online affiliates. Her passion for Internet marketing is apparent on a daily basis and drives her to create effective, trackable interactive marketing programs for Gragg Advertising's clients. Katie continues to evolve the IMV and PPL products and services to meet the changing needs of clients and the marketplace. She manages and mentors the team of Pay-Per-Lead Analysts and Coordinators that oversee the daily communication between the vendors and the agency. Katie's thorough knowledge of Internet advertising strategies and best practices is an asset to Gragg Advertising's clients.

 

She has managed search engine marketing campaigns for many of the agency's major clients including site development, search engine optimization and paid search campaigns.
