Gragg Advertising Honored for Commitment to Downtown Kansas City

The Downtown KC Council and Economic Development Corporation has announced that they will be honoring four downtown businesses, including Gragg Advertising, for their commitment to Downtown Kansas City. The event honors local companies who have been, and continue to be, a champion in the efforts to revitalize Downtown Kansas City.

"One thing that Gragg Advertising has always been proud of is our commitment to the Downtown Kansas City area. This is a great city with a long history, and we are dedicated to its continued prosperity," Darryl Mattox, President of Gragg Advertising, said.

Since its beginnings in Greg Gragg's basement in 1992, to its current location in the historic River Market, Gragg has been an active member in Kansas City's revitalization. Over the past eight years at its current location by the river, Gragg has seen record growth going from only five employees to its current staffing of 62 full time employees.

"It really is an exciting time to be a part of the business community in Kansas City,” Gregory Gragg, CEO & Chairman of Gragg Advertising, said. “So many companies are doing great and innovative things and are beginning to be nationally recognized. The Huffington Post called Kansas City one of America's Most Entrepreneurial Cities and we are excited to be a part of it."

Gragg Advertising will be honored at the Quarterly Business Recognition Event hosted on Thursday, May 9th at 5:30pm. The event is open to all Downtown KC Council and Economic Development Corporation members and will be held at the Ambassador Hotel located at 1111 Grand Ave.

Gragg Advertising Teams with Imagine America Foundation for Annual Golf Tournament

Gragg Advertising has announced its sponsorship of the 2013 Annual Imagine America Foundation (IAF) Golf Tournament. The tournament will take place during the Association of Private Sector Colleges and Universities (APSCU) 2013 Annual Convention & Exposition in Orlando, FL on Wednesday, June 5, 2013. Proceeds from the event will help to underwrite scholarships and awards granted to career college students nationwide.
