Educate2Excel is an online learning program which develops exceptional Admissions Representatives by providing guidance, knowledge, demonstration, examples, and instructor–led courses – all through an interactive learning environment.
Educate2Excel was created by Gragg Advertising to assist higher education staff in becoming experts in recruiting, enrollment and retention. Students will improve their skills in email communication, interviews, navigating obstacles, and many more.
Certification will be offered for all students who complete the five week, five course training program. Individual courses are also available for enrollment.

Addresses persuasive techniques, phone etiquette and school history, as well as the position of the organization within the market and the value the organization brings to students.
Psychology of a Prospective Student
Learning how to utilize buyer demographics as well as understanding positive experiences students have had with the school. Students will also learn how to respond to negative feelings prospects might have.

Understanding prospective students' buying cycle can help participants increase your conversions. Learn how to better understand the emotions behind the buying cycle and optimize your time with prospective students.
