How It Works

• When a prospective student searches the school's website, a pop-up box will invite the student to chat with a live person
• Also on the website is a link to the live chat feature
• When a prospective student clicks on the link, a message instructing the viewer appears
• The message will inform the viewer that the online representative will be with them shortly. It also designates which number in the queue they are and how long their wait will be
• The designated counselor welcomes the potential student and dialog begins
